The host, Gifty, is a remarkable human being! So so kind and lovely. The room is very beautifully presented and incredibly clean. Couldn’t find one fault (not that we tried to). The bed is so comfortable, we slept all through the night and didn’t want to get up the next day. Huuuge bathroom with everything you would need, handwash, shower gel, towels etc. We couldn’t have been any happier staying here.

Swallow Hotel Review My husband and I stayed at the Swallow Hotel, Bridlington 5-8 April. We were made very welcome by the owner Gifty and the room we stayed in was very comfortable and warm and clean. The breakfast were very good with a choice on the menu and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble and we would and have recommended the Hotel to friends and family. If you are into Birdwatching Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough are near by and definitely worth a visit.

We read a lot of reviews of places to stay in Bridlington, and having stayed and really enjoyed the Sunflower Lodge at the other end of Bridlington, we thought we would try somewhere different and so we plumped for this one the Swallow Hotel, run by a lady called Gifty who had amazing reviews. She did not disappoint, her reputation was truly upheld; a really lovely lady who passion for her guests to have a welcoming and enjoyable stay, it was an experience my wife and I loved, the room was great, breakfast (we had the full English) was divine. Needless to say, this hotel and the Sunflower Lodge are two I would definitely recommend. Thank you Gitfy for a wonderful stay and you truly are a legend!

In a hotel that ticks all the boxes + Our stay at the Swallow was excellent, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, always chatting away and sorted us out with early check in/late check out and parking – first class customer service! The location is great, quick walk to both the beach and the Main Street. Breakfast was also superb, food was spot on and the waitress provided great service. The rooms are nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend! – No complaints

We were moved from the Monarch hotel to the Swallow, due to the lift not working. I am so glad the lift was broken at the Monarch otherwise we wouldn’t have known about this gem of a place in Bridlington. Gifty, the owner, made us feel very welcome and she and her great team of staff couldn’t do enough for us. The ground floor room was quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, the breakfast excellent (full breakfast freshly made to order with a good choice of fresh fruit, cereals and drinks) and we had a really good weekend thanks to Gifty and her team at the Swallow Hotel coming to our rescue! Would recommend and we will be returning next year.
